Heating Homes and Creating Jobs
Senate Bill 103 by Senator Verdell Jackson of Kalispell exempts “non-consumptive wells” from the permit process. These wells, used in heating and cooling systems for buildings, result in lower cost heating, lower costs for construction companies, more jobs for Montanans, and should earn environmental movement approval too.
