The State Budget. The biggest job the legislature faces. Their one constitutional obligation. And the reason Republicans were elected last November. Montanans spoke loud and clear in the last election. They wanted to see their government spend less money.

Anti-ObamaCare bills ready for Signature
Two Montana bills opposing ObamaCare have been sent to Governor Brian Schweitzer for his signature. Governor Schweitzer has a record of statements opposing ObamaCare, and there’s reason to hope he will sign these bills protecting Montanan’s from the unconstitutional federal order to buy health insurance whether you want it or not.
